Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates, guiding them through onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure client delivery by meeting KPI metrics while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, pipeline management, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding according to client requirements, while promoting Adecco’s programs and ensuring high satisfaction

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with strong problem solving.
• Ability to build candidate networks and relationships.
• Experience in service-provider industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Interact with candidates in person or online with accurate information.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts interviews and assesses fit and qualifications.
• Manage onboarding and candidate records per requirements.
