Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruitment, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and reinforcing the benefits of working with Adecco.

You will recruit, screen, coach, and guide candidates, administer postings, and manage a pipeline to meet client needs while achieving KPI targets and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer service and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipates local talent market and implements workforce planning to ensure a steady pipeline.
• Attend to all candidates contacting onsite, providing accurate information about Adecco and available programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Performs candidate screenings and maintains records.
