Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. The role emphasizes maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and meeting KPI metrics to deliver excellent client service.

You will manage candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and support onboarding across client assignments while upholding compliance and high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of quality talent through workforce planning.
• Interact with candidates in person or online with clear information on Adecco, offers, guidance, and training.
• Build relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess fit and placement options.
• Screen candidates for qualification match and client requirements.
• Lead searches using Adecco tools and the web to meet inventory needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for resumes submittals.
• Maintain candidate records in the database.
