Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for multiple clients, guiding them through onboarding while meeting KPIs and providing excellent service. You will collaborate with clients to define hiring needs and build a strong candidate pipeline responsive to client requirements.

Responsibilities include structured interviews, creating strategies to attract top talent, and maintaining market insight to inform hiring plans and improve retention.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate and associate relationships and networks.
• High energy, results-driven, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing.
• Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of and ability to interpret employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Recruiting and posting jobs in various systems.
• Interview candidates, provide feedback, and advise next steps.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for client needs.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and client communications.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Stay informed on market conditions and talent trends.
