Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for client job orders. You will serve as a liaison through the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and meeting KPIs and SLAs.

You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, create recruiting strategies, and maintain strong candidate pipelines while leveraging Adecco tools and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Adecco or staffing/human resources is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting for multiple clients and roles.
• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Conducts structured interviews and provides candidate feedback.
• Builds and maintains a candidate pipeline and manages onboarding processes.
