Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for client job orders and manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, build pipelines, and ensure a strong candidate experience while hitting KPI targets.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, interviewing candidates, maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with hiring managers to optimize recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience building candidate networks and pipelines.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and provide feedback.
• Knowledge of employment laws and ATS usage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
