Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for multiple clients, guiding them through onboarding. You will build a strong candidate pipeline, meet KPIs, and deliver excellent service to both candidates and clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will administer job postings, conduct structured interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to define needs. Strong communication and HR tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Respond to candidates in person or online with clear Adecco guidance.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and submission activity targets.
• Conduct structured candidate interviews and provide feedback.
• Perform complex searches and adjust strategies to meet needs.
• Complete onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Build and sustain a pipeline of candidates for future needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring needs.
• Act as SME on Adecco tools and processes.
• Negotiate offers and assign contracts.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
