Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and employment agent for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding and assignment. You will ensure satisfaction, maintain relationships, and drive KPI/SLA performance for client delivery.

You will manage postings, run interviews, build pipelines, coach candidates, and support end-to-end hiring processes across our global staffing programs.

Qualifications

• The candidate holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and assess fit.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding processes.
• Extends offers and coordinates interviews between candidates and clients.
