Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and employment agent for candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, drive KPIs, and ensure excellent client delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include candidate screening, interviews, coaching, offer negotiation, and finalizing hiring processes while building a robust pipeline for future client needs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience; preferred in service provider industry.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented; strong MS Office and database skills; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand local talent market; plan workforce pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Implements recruitment KPIs and conducts behavioral interviews.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and client fit.
• Performs candidate searches and maintains inventory; builds pipelines.
• Extends offers and negotiates terms; coordinates interviews.
• Maintains candidate records and executive summaries; trains new staff.
