Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients, meet KPIs, and drive successful placements across client teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and successful working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Interact with candidates in person or online, providing clear information about Adecco, offers, and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assess candidates for qualification match and cultural fit.
• Perform search and screening using Adecco tools and the web to meet client needs.
• Support candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Build a talent pipeline for future client requests.
• Develop recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
• Create and manage strategies to attract top talent and improve retention.
• Extend offers including compensation and bill rate negotiations.
• Facilitate interviews and candidate preparation with clients.
• Debrief with candidate and client after interviews.
• Screen prospective candidates to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Prepare executive summaries for resume submissions.
• Maintain candidate/associate records in the database.
