Job summary

Adecco Group is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to manage recruiting and onboarding for candidates and associates, acting as the liaison throughout the lifecycle. You will drive performance KPIs and maintain strong client delivery while building a robust talent pipeline.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, interviewing, resume coaching, and facilitating interviews with clients. You will also ensure compliance with relevant laws and maintain candidate records across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Must have proven track record measured by customer satisfaction and increased responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement workforce planning to ensure pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring correct information about Adecco.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with required recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Conducts search leveraging Adecco and internet tools; modifies as needed.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, coaching for roles.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Builds a pipeline for future client fulfillment requests.
• Create, implement and manage talent-attraction strategies.
• Extends offer of assignment including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and customers.
• Performs second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops candidate executive summary for resume submittal.
• Maintain and update candidate/associate records.
