Job summary

Robertson Heating Supply seeks a Full-Time Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for corporate locations. This onsite role in Alliance, Ohio supports recruitment and onboarding across 41 locations in five states.

You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers while partnering with branch managers and HR teammates to maintain candidate flow and compliance. This position offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• HR Generalist or broader HR experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional judgment; maintains confidentiality.
• Comfortable working with managers at multiple locations.
• Experience with ATS and online job boards; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruiting process for positions across the company.
• Create and post job advertisements on recruiting platforms.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with managers.
• Maintain communication on open positions and candidate status.
• Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks and screenings.
• Handle offers and onboarding steps for new hires.
• Maintain accurate applicant and recruiting records.
• Assist with recruiting initiatives and job fairs; provide HR support as needed.
