Robertson Heating Supply in Alliance, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at the corporate office. You will manage recruiting and hiring activities across the company, supporting 41 locations across five states.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of recruiting experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities. HR Generalist background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years recruiting experience preferred.
• HR Generalist background is a strong plus.
• Experience handling multiple openings at once.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Handles confidential information with professional judgment.
• Experience with ATS, job boards, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruiting process for positions company-wide.
• Create and post job ads on appropriate platforms.
• Review applications and identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews.
• Schedule interviews with Branch Managers and other hiring managers.
• Maintain communication with managers on status.
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks.
• Follow up on offers and onboarding.
• Maintain recruiter records.
• Assist recruiting initiatives and job fairs.
• Provide additional HR support as needed.
