Job summary

You will advise site leaders on employee relations while coordinating benefits and compliance, driving high-volume, multi-shift hiring in a manufacturing-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR generalist/recruiting experience, industrial or technical hiring preferred.
• Experience with high-volume, multi-shift hiring.
• Knowledge of Ohio employment practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all campus roles.
• Build local pipelines with schools, trades, and veteran programs.
• Run onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Stand up the apprenticeship program with the Training Coordinator.
• Advise site leaders on employee relations.
