True North Consultants, Inc. seeks an On-Site Recruiter for manufacturing to join an energetic HR team in Dayton. The role emphasizes high-volume hourly recruitment, collaboration with hiring managers, and building robust candidate pipelines on site.

You will lead the recruitment process, participate in internship and apprenticeship programs, and help implement standardized interview and onboarding practices while supporting cost-effective talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and salary team members.
• Experience recruiting technical roles (engineering, skilled trades).

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly recruitment efforts and assist with salary recruitment.
• Assist with internship and apprenticeship programs.
• Support community involvement and awareness as a premier employer.
• Utilize current and future recruitment tools.
• Ensure standardized interview and onboarding processes are used.
• Update management on status of unfilled positions.
• Work with hiring teams on interviewing compliance.
• Foster external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
• Participate in college and community job fair programs.
• Work to continuously improve talent acquisition programs.
• Utilize the HRIS and work to improve functionality.
• Other duties as directed by management.
