Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to oversee recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for candidates and associates. You will maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring high satisfaction and adherence to KPIs and SLAs across the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes engaging with candidates, conducting interviews, creating strategic talent pipelines, and supporting onboarding processes while collaborating with client teams to meet demand and quality targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings across systems and builds a talent pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding per client requirements.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submissions and client briefs.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws during prescreening.
