Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. The role aims to ensure satisfaction by strengthening relationships, recognizing performance, and reinforcing benefits of working with Adecco.

You will meet performance KPIs, manage a robust candidate pipeline, and coordinate with clients to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• MS Office and database skills; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and implement workforce planning for pipeline.
• Assist candidates with information, guidance, and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and assess fit.
• Screen candidates for qualification match, culture fit, and client requirements.
• Perform candidate searches using Adecco tools and the internet; adjust as needed.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete hiring/onboarding per client and organizational requirements.
• Maintain candidate/associate records in the tracking system.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for submittals.
