Key duties include posting jobs, interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining robust candidate relationships to ensure successful placements and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented; strong data and tracking abilities.
• Ability to learn new software and manage databases.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings across systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates (active and passive).
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and match client requirements.
• Supports onboarding and candidate preparation for roles.
• Extends offers and coordinates interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintains candidate records and updates tracking databases.
