Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role emphasizes maintaining strong relationships, meeting KPI/SLA targets, and ensuring excellent client delivery.

The candidate will manage job postings, conduct behavioral interviews, and build a robust talent pipeline while guiding candidates through onboarding and assignment processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and database usage.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipates local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Interacts with candidates onsite, providing information on Adecco, offers and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates (passive and active).
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and client compatibility.
• Performs candidate screenings and pre-screening per policy.
