Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and strong client delivery.

You will recruit, screen, coach, and place talent, build recruitment pipelines, and manage KPI/SLA metrics while collaborating with teams to extend offers and optimize processes at client sites.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office and databases; quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Maintain pipeline of quality talent through workforce planning.
• Guide candidates through onboarding and assignment lifecycle.
• Interview candidates and assess fit.
• Negotiate offers and extensions of assignments.
• Maintain candidate records and provide coaching.
