Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure client delivery through KPIs and strong candidate relationships, administering job postings and guiding candidates from screening to placement.

You will lead behavioral interviews, support resumes, and maintain candidate records while collaborating with clients to optimize workforce pipelines and retention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented; ability to learn new software.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate relationships; high energy and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement workforce planning to ensure a pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring they receive correct information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Executes recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assesses candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Performs searches using Adecco tools and public resources to meet client needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete onboarding processes per client and organizational requirements.
• Builds candidate pipelines for future client fulfillment.
