Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment cycles, ensuring satisfaction and strong candidate relationships. You’ll help maximize client delivery via KPI-aligned performance.

You will post jobs, interview candidates, build talent pipelines, coach applicants, and ensure compliant, smooth hiring and onboarding processes across assignments.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in recruiting or staffing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring correct information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with recruitment KPIs and SLA metrics.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Conducts moderately complex searches and analyzes results to meet needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for roles.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes according to client and organizational requirements.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future requests.
• Create, implement and manage strategies to attract top talent and increase retention.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation/bill rate.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and customers, including preparation and debriefs.
• Performs second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
