Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and meeting KPI/SLA metrics for client delivery.

The role involves recruiting/skill marketing, candidate interviews, offer extensions, and onboarding, with a focus on building a continuous talent pipeline and innovative recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and support teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings across systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Interacts with candidates in person or online, provides information and guidance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with candidates (passive and active).
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLA metrics.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Performs candidate screening to ensure match to client requirements.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Completes hiring/onboarding processes per client and org requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking databases.
