Job summary

Randstad North America is hiring a Site Manager to support our RIS division. On-site at a client location, you will build relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and screen and place qualified candidates to support workforce plans.

You will develop talent pipelines, execute recruiting plans, and ensure compliance with employment laws while delivering innovative staffing solutions that delight clients and talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and communicate across client levels.
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client's business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent aligned with client needs.
• Execute recruiting plans to ensure quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates according to client job profiles and forecasts.
• Comply with operational standards and employment laws.
• Foster consultative relationships through in-person client visits.
• Market talent's skills and capabilities to match client needs.
• Provide innovative and effective employment solutions for clients and talent.
