Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking a Site Manager to work on-site with our RIS division, partnering with client HR to understand staffing needs and manage the workforce.

You will build relationships with hiring managers, screen and interview candidates, and deliver solutions that align with client objectives. The role requires multi-tasking, strong communication, and a consultative approach to workforce strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in either high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client’s business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent aligned with client needs.
• Execute recruiting plans to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates according to client job profiles and forecasts.
• Comply with operational standards and employment laws.
