Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Site Manager to support its Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division on-site at a client location in Greensboro, NC. You will recruit, screen, and place candidates for high-volume staffing needs while building a strong client relationship and understanding their processes.

The role involves executing recruiting plans, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and Randstad standards, delivering timely, quality hires for the client’s workforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client’s business, processes and policies.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent aligned to client needs.
• Execute recruiting plans to ensure quantity and quality of hires.
• Screen and select candidates per client profiles and forecasts.
• Comply with all employment laws and operational standards.
• Represent Randstad on-site to deliver staffing solutions.
