Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Site Manager to support our RIS division on an on-site basis with a client at their location. You will build relationships with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, screen and interview candidates, and act as an on-site HR extension to manage the client workforce.

You will develop a strong client partnership, create talent pipelines, and execute recruiting plans while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality placements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client’s business, processes, policies, and direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent aligned to client needs.
• Execute recruiting plans to ensure right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates per client profiles and forecasts.
• Comply with operational standards and employment laws.
• Build top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits.
• Market talent’s skills to best match client and candidate.
