Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking a Site Manager to work on-site with a client as part of Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS). You will partner with hiring managers, understand staffing needs, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill positions.

The role focuses on recruiting execution, client relationship management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. On-site engagement and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client’s business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent that aligns with the client’s needs.
• Execute recruiting plan to ensure the right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates according to client job profiles and forecasts.
• Comply with operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
• Build relationships through in-person visits to foster a consultative approach.
• Market talent’s skills by making the best match for client and candidate.
• Provide services that delight our clients and talent.
