Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring a Site Manager to support Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS). The role is on-site at a client location, building relationships with hiring managers and managing recruiting and workforce strategies to meet client needs.

The Site Manager will screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates, acting as an on-site extension of the client’s HR function while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in sales and/or recruiting.
• 1+ years in high-volume recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Experience multitasking and effectively prioritizing workload.
• Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations effectively.
• Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
• Ability to identify customer needs and deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong partnership with the client.
• Understand the client’s business, processes, policies, and strategic direction.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent aligned with the client’s needs.
• Execute recruiting plans to ensure right quantity and quality of talent.
• Screen and select candidates according to client profiles and forecasts.
• Comply with operational standards and employment laws and regulations.
• Foster consultative relationships through in-person client visits.
• Market talent’s skills to match client needs effectively.
• Offer innovative and effective employment solutions.
• Provide services that delight clients and talent.
