Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as a liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment processes in the United States. You will ensure high satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, achieving KPI targets, and delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, engaging candidates, conducting interviews, guiding resumes, and enabling smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
Preferred experience in service provider industry.

Responsibilities

Administers job postings in various systems.
Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
Interacts with candidates in person or online and provides accurate information.
Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
Meets recruitment KPI/SLA metrics and analyzes results.
Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and match roles.
Assesses candidates for qualification, culture fit and client needs.
Performs targeted searches using Adecco tools and online resources.
Coaches candidates on resumes, interviews, and role expectations.
Completes onboarding processes per client requirements.
Maintains candidate records in the database.
