Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. You will maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, drive KPI/SLA metrics, and oversee day-to-day recruiting activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will administer job postings, conduct behavioral interviews, build talent pipelines, and assist candidates with resume preparation and coaching to ensure top-fit placements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Maintain pipeline of candidates and proactive talent sourcing.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation and coaching.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate records in tracking database.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate candidate preparation for interviews.
