You will ensure satisfaction, drive performance KPIs, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and building strong relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Manage workforce planning to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Engage candidates in person or online with clear information about Adecco.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and match client requirements.
• Perform candidate searches using Adecco tools and the web, adjusting as needed.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview preparation.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintain candidate records in tracking systems.
