Job summary

Adecco Group in North Carolina is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction by building strong relationships and communicating the value of working with Adecco.

You will manage posting, pipeline development, interviews, coaching, and onboarding, while meeting KPI targets and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented thinking is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and databases is required.
• Strong candidate relationship-building abilities and networks are essential.
• High energy, results-driven and solution-oriented attitude desired.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce to maintain a pipeline of quality talent.
• Interact with candidates in person or online, providing clear information about Adecco, offers, and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and match to client needs.
• Performs candidate screening and maintains compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops candidate executive summaries and manages candidate records.
