Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor in Huntersville, NC to act as the liaison throughout recruitment, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. You will ensure candidate satisfaction, manage relationships, and drive KPIs to deliver exceptional client service.

You will administer job postings, interview candidates, build pipelines, and coordinate pre-employment steps with clients, associates, and internal teams while upholding compliance and best practices.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction levels and successful working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting/Skill Marketing and admin of job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and plan workforce to ensure continuous quality talent pipeline.
• Attend to all candidates contacting onsite/coaching for roles and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interviews, and onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future client needs.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation and bill rate as needed.
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and clients and conduct post-interview debriefs.
