Adecco Group in North Carolina seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will ensure satisfaction by nurturing relationships and meeting KPI/SLA targets for client delivery.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, guiding resumes and interview prep, and managing the onboarding process with clients and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in similar roles; service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Administers job postings in systems.
• Develops workforce plans to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
• Interview candidates and assess fit for client requirements.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep and coaching.
• Manage onboarding and candidate records.
• Build candidate pipelines for future client needs.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate client interviews and debriefs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws during prescreening.
