Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates, guiding them through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle while ensuring satisfaction and strong client delivery. You will administer job postings, build pipelines, conduct interviews, and manage candidate records, all while meeting KPIs and SLAs and upholding compliance across federal to local laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic database skills.
• Ability to build strong candidate relationships; high energy and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, whether in person or online, with accurate information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and submission activity targets.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Performs searches and analyzes results to meet needs inventory.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client requirements.
• Builds and maintains a candidate pipeline for future client needs.
• Creates and executes strategies to attract top talent and increase retention.
• Extends offers, including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and customers, including preparation and briefings.
• Conducts debrief with candidate and customer after interviews.
• Performs second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submittal.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in tracking database.
