Job summary

The Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and point of contact for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will drive satisfaction by building strong relationships, meeting KPIs, and delivering high-quality client service across a global network.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• A minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry is preferred.
• Must have a proven track record – measured by customer satisfaction service levels, increased responsibilities, and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting/Skill Marketing and posting jobs across systems.
• Anticipate local talent market and build a continuous pipeline of candidates.
• Engage candidates in person or online and provide clear information about Adecco.
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and service levels.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to match candidates to roles.
• Qualify candidates for fit and client requirements.
• Perform candidate searches and refine results using online tools.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep and coaching.
• Complete onboarding in line with client requirements.
• Develop candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Create and manage recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation and terms.
• Facilitate interviews and debriefs with candidates and clients.
• Conduct second-level screenings in compliance with laws and policies.
• Prepare executive summaries for resume submissions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in systems.
