Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will ensure client delivery is excellent by meeting KPIs and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and the client.

Responsibilities include administering job postings, building pipelines, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through onboarding while coordinating with clients to meet requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong relationships.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented; proficient with MS Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to candidates onsite or online with clear information about Adecco and training programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLAs and conducts behavioral interviews.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match and client fit.
• Candidly screens candidates and uses online tools to meet inventory needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview preparation; onboarding processes.
