Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and employment agent for candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycles. The role emphasizes strong relationships, performance metrics, and client delivery across our global brands.

Key duties include administering job postings, building candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through onboarding while ensuring compliance with policies and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience; 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Attend to all candidates at onsite or online contact, providing information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and development programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate records in tracking database.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for resumes.
