Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Develops workforce planning strategies to ensure a steady talent pipeline.
• Interviews candidates and guides them through resumes and interview prep.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Achieves recruitment KPIs and client SLA targets.
• Conducts candidate pre-screenings and eligibility checks.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking databases.
