Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor in Ohio to act as the liaison for candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive KPI/SLA metrics to deliver excellent results.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, candidate interviews, coaching, resume support, and maintaining candidate records. A high school diploma and 3–5 years in service/provider industries are preferred.
