Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates and associates through recruitment, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, recognizing performance, and reinforcing the value of working with Adecco.

The role focuses on recruiting, skill marketing, and maintaining pipeline quality while meeting KPIs and service levels for client delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience in a related role.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented; strong MS Office and database skills.

Responsabilités

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates and build relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
