Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for recruitment, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. The role ensures candidate satisfaction, maintains client relationships, and drives performance through KPI metrics across multiple client programs.

The position emphasizes pipeline development, interviews, and compliance while coordinating with candidates and clients to deliver high-quality staffing solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI- oriented.
• MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database skills required.
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, whether in person or online, ensuring accurate information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and training.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement.
