Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruitment, onboarding, and assignment processes. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and communicating program benefits to our talent pool while meeting client delivery KPIs and SLAs.

In this role, you will administer job postings, build a continuous talent pipeline, conduct interviews, assist candidates with resumes and interview prep, and manage onboarding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and database management; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Forecasts talent market and implements workforce planning to maintain talent pipeline.
• Interact with onsite candidates in person or online, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and client SLAs.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to match candidates to roles.
• Assesses candidates for qualification, culture fit, and client requirements.
• Performs searches using Adecco tools and internet resources; adjusts as needed.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and role coaching.
• Completes onboarding per client and organizational requirements.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking database.
