The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding and assignment lifecycle. You will drive candidate engagement, ensure KPI targets are met, and support client delivery with accurate information and professional guidance.

In this role you’ll build talent pipelines, extend offers, coordinate interviews, and maintain records while upholding compliance and service standards across the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years in the service provider industry.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in systems and maintains candidate flow.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts interviews and candidate screening to match client requirements.
• Maintains candidate records and supports onboarding processes.
• Screens for compliance with laws and company policies.
