The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting expertise, collaboration with leadership, and ability to build talent pipelines in engineering and manufacturing contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or Precast industries preferred.
• Experience with ATS and E-Verify advantageous.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and email marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and fill open positions using job boards, social media, networking, and internal tools.
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and onsite interviews or job fairs.
• Collaborate with leadership to design targeted recruiting campaigns.
• Review resumes and manage candidate communication end-to-end.
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets and document results.
