Clark Pacific is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for engineers, project managers and union roles. You will source, screen and interview candidates, coordinating with leadership to align with business goals and strategic priorities.

This role emphasizes candidate experience, compliance with background checks, and delivering on weekly hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• BS degree or related experience.
• Experience recruiting in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Precast preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms preferred.
• Experience with social media recruiting tools (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Instagram) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and fill open positions using job boards, social media, networking and internal recruiting tools.
• Align recruiting activities with business goals and hiring objectives.
• Conduct phone screens and skills assessments.
• Host on-site interviews, job fairs and informational sessions.
• Report daily on recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.
• Administer background and drug screening paperwork.
