Clark Pacific is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead sourcing, interviewing and hiring for engineers, project managers and union labor, delivering a strong candidate experience. The role partners with leadership to align recruiting with business goals and initiatives, using ATS and social media to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a BS degree.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• BS Degree required or related experience.
• Talent Acquisition knowledge for Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Precast preferred.
• Use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Social media platforms (Facebook Blueprint, Instagram) and marketing tools (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Source and fill open positions using job boards, social media, networking and internal tools.
• Conduct phone screens and skills assessments; host on-site interviews and job fairs.
• Partner with leadership to tailor recruiting campaigns and align with business goals.
• Manage daily recruiting activities and report progress and strategies.
