Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead sourcing, interviewing and hiring for engineers, project managers, and union labor roles in California.

You will interface with leadership to align recruiting with business goals, manage full-cycle recruiting, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role involves hosting on-site interviews, job fairs, and informational sessions, with weekly and monthly hiring targets and a focus on compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• BS degree or related experience required.
• Experience recruiting in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction or Precast preferred.
• Use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Social media platforms such as Facebook Blueprint, Instagram, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and fill open positions using job boards, social media, networking and internal recruiting tools.
• Conduct phone screens and on-site interviews; host job fairs and information sessions.
• Partner with leadership, operations, and training teams to design targeted recruiting campaigns.
• Review resumes and administer background & drug screening paperwork.
• Report daily on recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.
