Job summary

Clark Pacific is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for professional and entry-level roles, including engineers, project managers, and interns. This role partners with leadership to align recruiting with the business plan’s priorities.

You will manage high-volume recruiting, leverage job boards, social media, and internal tools, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or Precast preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and E-Verify; social media recruiting a plus.
• Experience recruiting college interns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and fill open positions using job boards, social media, networking, and internal recruiting tools.
• Screen resumes; conduct phone screens; host on-site interviews, job fairs, and informational sessions.
• Consult with leadership, operations, and training teams to design targeted recruiting campaigns.
• Administer background and drug screening paperwork; process results; conduct new hire orientation.
• Report recruiting activities daily and track challenges and strategies.
